We have a great team in our company that works as one. We always help each other and solve problems together. I have a lot of respect for my supervisor, who is a professional with an excellent overview of everything going on in the company. Moreover, he is always helpful and we can agree on everything quickly.
I take advantage of the transportation allowance and go to the cafeteria for meals. I also find the financial reward for process improvement interesting, where I am rewarded extra for an idea that brings about an improvement in the process. I like to educate myself and if the company offers further education where I can push myself, I am happy to attend a course. I have attended several courses internally, such as presentation skills. I also attended basic process engineering training. Personally, I would be interested in a 3D modelling or robotics course where I would like to develop myself further.

There is a great atmosphere in our small team of four. We work together collectively, give each other advice and solve all situations together. What I like most about my job is the variety. I avoid stereotypes and every day is different from the previous one.
In the last year we have focused a lot on renovation and revitalization. We're redoing the HVAC system and exploring modern materials and techniques. We're constantly trying to educate ourselves to do our jobs even better. We have a lot of projects underway now, and we're also collaborating across departments, especially with the GA department.
As well as the technical side of the job, I now do administrative tasks - from ordering to quotations to keeping an eye on revisions and purchasing materials. I would like to mention that I enjoy using my SAREZA card and going out to lunch, which I really appreciate. Every day is a new challenge, and I look forward to what tomorrow brings!
